- Abby TPork belly portions were generous, and the meat was tender and tasty! The Umami Bomb had a large portion of meat in particular since it also came with the spicy pork. The eggs were tender and jammy. I wish the Yuzu Salt had been a bit more sour and salty. The restaurant is very small. We had no wait when getting a late lunch, but I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s a long wait at busier times of the day.
- Danny VI'd like to think I've had a good amout of ramen in my ventures, so I now have a good idea of what I believe to be pretty dang good. I came to lunch with my partner and never having been here we were excited to see if this could be our ramen spot. We ordered a few Gyoza, and I had the tonkotsu ramen. The Gyoza was fried which added a great texture to the very soft and fluffy insides. They added a spicy mayo on top that gave it an extra kick of flavor, and it made me a fan. I found it interesting that they have your order them in ones instead of a set order, I thought that was nice too. The Tonkotsu Ramen was hearty, smooth and full of flavor. Now, I'll admit I've been spoiled by Hironori Ramen and like the broth that they serve, but this was great. I truly enjoyed it. The topings were just right, except for the pork belly. It was a bit off, too much chewy fat, but a great flavor. The noodles were thin, but tasted great! Much better, in my opinion, than a place like Jinya. I would d...
